Everyone wanted to congratulate them. 

A new carport

Last Saturday Mike and I built a redwood pergola over the space between the garage and the fence where I park my little truck. It took all day, but I think it turned out pretty well. The worst part of the ordeal was that it was 105 degrees and we were in the sun all day. Whew!

And that evening our primrose bloomed with six flowers. I guess it is pretty happy next to the pond.
